A mixture of very fine spinach powder , obtained by simply drying fresh spinach. It is an excellent natural ingredient for giving a special aroma to fresh pasta such as tagliatelle, tortelloni, lasagna, balanzoni and sweets. Thanks to spinach powder, even savory preparations such as cakes, muffins and plum cakes will have an unusual green colour.
