HOW DOES THE PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS WORK?

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them by informing us via the contact form or by letter or email at the following addresses: Ar.pa Lieviti Srl, Via Emilia, 268, 40064 Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO) Italy, Tel +39 051 799392, info@arpalieviti.it. Additionally, please note: Returns of merchandise must always be accompanied by a Shipping Document and must be authorized by us before shipment to our warehouse; otherwise, they will be rejected and returned to the Sender at their expense. AR.PA S.r.l. will only cover the costs for returns of products made by the Customer due to non-conformity with the order or due to proven production defects. All costs arising from returns of products due to erroneous orders placed by the Customer will be borne by the Customer. The Client must submit in writing any complaints regarding quantity, type of goods, or defects found in the products within 8 days from their receipt, after which it will no longer be possible to make replacements or grant any compensation.

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO A REFUND OF EXPENSES?

If you withdraw from the purchase, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs if you had chosen a type of delivery more expensive than the standard one. The refund will occur no later than 8 days from the day we receive the returned products. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility. How do I make a return?

Write an email to info@arpalieviti.it specifying the products, the reason for the return, and the order number. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return has been approved.

Which products can I return?

You can return any product within 14 days from the day you received them. You cannot return any free products. The products must be shipped intact, carefully packed in the original unopened packaging, and complete with everything originally included, to the following address: Ar.pa Lieviti Srl - Via Emilia, 268, 40064 Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO) Italy

Are there costs for the return?

There are no costs for the return, but the shipping expenses to return the products are your responsibility.

When will I receive the refund?

Once the return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email indicating whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made within 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw, using the same form of payment used for the purchase, unless an alternative method has been expressly agreed upon.
